International shipping charges follow the going rates for specified regions. International orders DO NOT include shipping when using the shopping cart.

Lead time for NEW orders is 10-12 weeks.

Customs requirements: Customers outside of the US are responsible for any customs charges and import duties which can vary significantly for different countries. It is much easier for a customer to find out the customs charges and procedures in his or her own country by calling the local Department of Customs. This information is not easy for us to obtain here in the US. Prices and specifications are subject to change.

Payment terms : All instruments are built to order with payment in advance. We can offer to split the purchase price for an instrument into two payments when a credit card number is provided as security. There is a 5% additional charge for this service which would amount to $100 for a $2000 instrument. Occasionally there are instruments in stock so make sure to ask if you’re interested.

Warranties: [please take note of our warrantiy poilcies] There is a 30-day money-back guarantee on all controllers. Excluded are fully customized instruments, custom or non-standard features on an instrument which require additional costs to create, shipping expenses, and any credit card service charges associated with the purchase transaction. Non-warrantied options will be identified in advance. All instruments are warrantied against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years with the provision that the owner covers all shipping costs for repairs made at our factory.

Due to the fact that each instrument is made to order, a re-stocking charge of $75 to cover accrued handling will be applied to returned instruments. Upgrades and Options are not refundable. Fully customized ‘one-off’ instruments can not be returned. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for returned instruments. Hardware and software upgrades that are available subsequent to the date of purchase are not included free of charge. Any modifications made by the user to the instrument’s electronics, wiring, sensor hardware, or component mounting will void all warranties. “Strat”is a trademark of the Fender Musical Instrument Company.
