Ztars are custom built to your order. There will be a 25% restocking charge for any instrument returned within 30 days for any reason other than manufacturing defects. There is also a six month warranty which covers parts and labor for any manufacturing defects. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for any repairs after 30 days.
